Leeds United partners with Employment Hero to support local businesses
Employment Hero will work with the club to support local businesses in Yorkshire & the Humber, which has been identified as a key growth region.
Leeds United has entered into a partnership with Employment Hero, a global HR, hiring and payroll software provider, for the rest of the 2025/26 Premier League season.
Employment Hero will work with the club to support local businesses in Yorkshire & the Humber, which has been identified as a key growth region.
Employment Hero is set to deliver a programme with Leeds United that includes tailored experiences for business leaders at Elland Road, offering insight into how sporting organisations operate.
The programme also covers employment law and compliance seminars for local organisations, aimed at helping them navigate changes brought by the Employment Rights Act in 2026.
As part of the support, Employment Hero will offer free payroll services to businesses in the region.
Kevin Fitzgerald, UK managing director at Employment Hero, said: “This partnership with Leeds United is about far more than matchday visibility.
“It’s about working with a brand at the heart of the community to deliver practical, meaningful support for local employers.
“We recognise the challenges small businesses are navigating, and our role is to celebrate their ambition and provide the tools and support they need to keep growing.”
