HDUK reports record employee happiness score
The latest Employee Survey showed that 88% of staff trust management, 87% reported positive wellbeing and 84% said they love the work they do.
Hosted Desktop UK (HDUK) has reported its highest employee happiness score since the company was founded in 2010.
The latest Employee Survey showed that 88% of staff trust management, 87% reported positive wellbeing and 84% said they love the work they do.
The overall happiness score rose by 4% this quarter to 87%, while the employee net promoter score increased by two points to +75.
Debbie Cunliffe, chief of staff at HDUK, said: “I so love working here. To really feel appreciated where you spend so much time is a gift in itself.”
