Other winners included Bentley, Deutsche Bank, The Access Group, Octopus Energy, City of London Corporation, Dreams, and giffgaff.

E.ON UK and HubGem among winners of Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards 2026

E.ON UK, Just Mortgages and HubGem were among the winners at the Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards 2026, held on 19th March at Grosvenor House in Central London. 

The event brought together leaders, advocates and organisations focused on workplace wellbeing across the UK. 

Awards recognised individuals, teams and organisations making a difference to employee wellbeing.

Jamie Lloyd Pain Relief Clinic picked up Excellence in Male Health Advocacy, while L&Q Female Health Initiatives took Excellence in Female Health Advocacy. 

giffgaff and Bentley were named Diversity & Belonging Team of the Year.

HubGem was recognised as Most Flexible Workplace. 

Dreams won Employee Network of the Year, while Daisy Reeves from BCLP was awarded LGBTQIA+ Changemaker of the Year.

Amber Bloxham from Octopus Energy won Neurodiversity Advocate of the Year.

Kuutch Ltd was named Wellbeing Service Provider of the Year. 

Amani Kaite Ltd was awarded Personal Wellbeing Provider of the Year, with Dr Kate Jenkins Ltd highly commended in the same category.

Mental Health Foundation won Best Wellbeing in the Workplace Strategy: SME.

The Access Group took Best Wellbeing in the Workplace Strategy: Large Company. 

City of London Corporation was recognised for Wellbeing Excellence in Emergency Services.

Dr Danielle Eaton from GTR was named Wellbeing Leader of the Year. 

Sian Musial from Just Mortgages picked up Mental Health Advocate of the Year, with Deborah Chidera Arikibe from Youth Aspire Connect Organisation highly commended.

Antoinette Farrell-Jones from Birmingham Airport was named Most Inspiring HR Champion of the Year, with Fiorela Carmona from Kraft Heinz highly commended. 

Luke Mears from Sony Interactive Entertainment won Most Inspiring Employee of the Year. 

Cadent was recognised for Excellence in Workplace Risk Management.

Kim Uzzell from The Financial Wellbeing Academy received the Breaking the Silence Award. 

Beyondly won Best Physical Wellbeing Initiative, while Deutsche Bank was recognised for Best Mental Wellbeing Initiative.

Everymind at work was named Wellbeing App/Platform of the Year.

Visiting Angels UK was awarded Excellence in Employee Engagement. YourNorth won Wellbeing Team of the Year: SME, while E.ON UK took the same title for large companies. 

Lifetime Impact in Workplace Wellbeing went to Emily Pearson from Wellbeing Lead Academy, Paul Dorrington from South West London and St Georges Mental Health NHS Trust, and Phoenix Works.

Charlotte Lack, head of safe and well at E.ON UK, said: “This award is a reflection of the passion, commitment, and care our colleagues show every day — particularly our Wellbeing Warriors and Squad Leads who go above and beyond to support others.
