Broadstone appoints Victoria Francis to strengthen risk and healthcare offering

Broadstone has appointed Victoria Francis as a senior consultant within its expanding employee benefits consulting division, strengthening the firm’s expertise in risk and healthcare benefits.

Francis joins Broadstone from PIB, where she worked as an employee benefits consultant.

She brings more than 16 years’ experience in the sector, having begun her career at LEBC Group before moving into a senior consultancy role at Lockton.

Her specialist expertise includes the design and implementation of Private Medical Insurance (PMI) and group risk arrangements for employers across a range of sectors and organisation sizes.

In her new role, she will work with Broadstone’s corporate clients to design and deliver tailored risk and healthcare solutions, helping organisations navigate the evolving employee benefits landscape while supporting the health and financial wellbeing of their workforce.
