Zopa UK and Kyndryl were among the biggest companies named in the Best Practice Institute (BPI) UK’s Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces for 2025. 

Companies where employees said they felt valued, connected and supported made the list. 

The report focused on organisations that provided clear structures, professional development and aimed for well-being as a foundation.
