VodafoneThree has launched its first apprenticeship programme since Vodafone UK and Three UK merged in 2025.

Apprenticeships are available across the South and aim to build skills for work on the UK’s network.

VodafoneThree apprenticeships are open to people at all stages, including school leavers, career changers and those wanting new skills.

Roles include Level 3 IT support, pre-sales and field engineering, Level 4 project management, network engineering, product management and commercial, Level 6 data analytics, network engineering, AI machine learning and MES network engineering, and SCQF Level 8 network engineering in Scotland.

Programmes are linked to qualifications.

Level 3 matches A-levels and takes 12-18 months.

Level 4 equals the first year of a degree and takes 18-24 months.

Level 5 matches the second year and lasts 33-48 months.

Level 6 is equal to a bachelor’s degree and can take 3-6 years.

SCQF Level 8 equals a higher national diploma or diploma of higher education in Scotland and takes two years.

Successful applicants will benefit from hands-on experience and tailored learning while working towards individual qualifications.
