MAN Truck & Bus UK has been certified as a UK Top Employer for 2026 by the Top Employers Institute, recognising its people strategy and workplace practices.

MAN Truck & Bus UK has been recognised as a UK Top Employer for 2026 by the Top Employers Institute, following an independent assessment of its people practices and HR strategy.

The certification is awarded to organisations that meet the standards set out in the HR Best Practices Survey, which evaluates six HR domains and 20 topics, including people strategy, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing. The recognition reflects MAN’s alignment between its people strategy and wider business objectives, as well as its focus on employee engagement and sustainable growth.
