Maintel appoints Rachel Cox as CPO

Maintel, a provider of cloud communications, connectivity and security managed services, has appointed Rachel Cox as chief people officer (CPO). 

Cox brings HR and leadership experience from technology and managed services sectors. 

She previously worked at Low Carbon Contracts Company as CPO and before that led the people agenda at Liberis, a global fintech company. 

Earlier in her career, Cox worked in large global organisations, leading transformation programmes and specialising in talent and reward.

Cox said: “I’m delighted to be joining the company as Chief People Officer at such an exciting time in its journey. 

“I’m passionate about aligning people, culture, and strategy, and about creating an environment where our people can thrive, grow, and do their best work. 

“This will be my initial focus while ensuring we have the capability and culture needed to support the organisation’s long-term ambitions and continued success.”
