Formula E has selected HiBob as associate HR management race partner for the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship and associate race partner for the 2026 Hankook London E-Prix.

HiBob’s HR platform will be used throughout Formula E’s operations to centralise people management and support its international workforce.

The platform will help connect employees with Formula E’s focus on sustainable progress.

HiBob will also get branding at the 2026 Hankook London E-Prix and use Formula E’s Partnerbrite platform for digital lead generation.

The partnership includes access to Formula E’s CPO for case studies and sales reference calls to look at how sports organisations manage staff.

Hayley Mann, chief people officer at Formula E, said: “With innovation and agility at the heart of our DNA, it feels like a natural fit to partner with HiBob.

“As we continue to scale globally, integrating a leader in connecting and engaging people ensures our off-track operations remain as high-performing as the racing on the track.”

Sophie Chesters, chief marketing officer at HiBob, said: “This partnership reflects a shared belief that people are what drive performance.

“Formula E’s global growth brings complexity, and supporting teams at scale requires smart, human-centred technology.

“As AI continues to transform how work gets done, Bob helps organisations embrace it in a way that puts people first and enables them to do their best work.”

Chesters added: “Together, we’re showing how connected, supported teams power high-performing organisations.

“Our platform is built for organisations ready to scale, and with Bob, Formula E is poised to reach even greater heights in Season 12 and beyond.”
