Ciphr and MyTeamBuilder partner to deliver AI coaching for businesses

Ciphr has taken a stake in MyTeamBuilder, a UK software startup offering personalised AI-powered coaching for businesses. 

Ciphr customers now have access to AI coaching aimed at improving team productivity and performance.

MyTeamBuilder uses practical psychology to support team cohesiveness and employee engagement. 

Its AI coaching tool is designed to help businesses facilitate better understanding, communication and collaboration between team members.

A Ciphr survey found regular training and upskilling is a top priority and challenge for HR leaders. 

MyTeamBuilder’s subscription-based model aims to offer employers consistent training for employees, while controlling costs. 

For users, MyTeamBuilder acts as a personal AI coach providing confidential, data-driven coaching and resources at any time. 

Managers receive real-time insights and advice based on team members’ personality types, helping them adapt their management approach.

Organisations can also access live mood tracking and topic analysis, with weekly anonymised insights on coaching activity and team engagement.

The investment from Ciphr will support MyTeamBuilder’s development and expansion among HR audiences. 

As part of the deal, Ciphr’s CEO Sion Lewis and CFO Ray Berry have joined the MyTeamBuilder board.
