CII partners with EDII to elevate New Generation Programme
The partnership gives cohorts the tools to deliver long-term value in the insurance and financial planning professions.
The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) has partnered with EDII to support its New Generation Programme.
EDII will provide sector-specific learning and help participants develop leadership and innovation skills.
The partnership is aimed at improving the quality of project work and giving cohorts the tools to deliver long-term value in the insurance and financial planning professions.
The New Generation Programme, which has been running for over 10 years, supports new talent in the sector.
It helps participants and their mentors work on projects that address industry challenges.
The CII said the partnership with EDII will help make the programme more visible and ensure the impact of the projects continues after the programme ends.
Adam Harper, director of strategy, advocacy and professional standards at CII, said: “This partnership represents an important milestone for the New Generation Programme.
“By bringing EDII’s innovation expertise into the experience, we are enhancing our investment in rising talent and giving participants (and their mentors) the support they need to deliver projects with lasting value.
