Ciphr eLearning launches new microlearning suite for businesses
Meg Shona Halpin-Webster said: “By delivering focused, bite-sized content, our refreshed microlearning suite is helping to make learning accessible and immediately actionable."
Ciphr eLearning has launched a new set of microlearning employee training courses for UK businesses.
The suite, powered by Marshalls, includes 11 short courses covering diversity, inclusive recruitment, safeguarding, health and safety, information security, data protection, and mental health.
Each course takes about 10 to15 minutes to complete and is suitable for organisations in any sector.
The courses feature new scripted videos based on real work scenarios, filmed with actors, and include up-to-date case studies.
They are available as a full set or as individual modules.
Titles include diversity in the workplace, health and safety, safeguarding, mental health in the workplace, bribery act, anti-money laundering, whistleblowing, data protection, recruitment, manager’s toolkit, and information security smart.
David Marshall, managing director of Ciphr eLearning, said: “Good employee training isn’t just a nice-to-have – it’s essential to ensuring happy workforces and equitable workplaces.
“The recent surge in employment tribunals related to menopause, neurodiversity, and ageism, for example, tells me that it’s needed more than ever.
