RRG Group achieves Menopause Friendly Accreditation
Sarah Cooney said: “This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive workplace where every colleague feels valued and empowered"
RRG Group has received the Menopause Friendly Accreditation, recognising its efforts to create an inclusive and supportive workplace.
The dealer group was assessed by an independent panel and had to show evidence of its approach across five areas: culture, policies and practices, training, engagement, and working environment.
Three key strategies were introduced.
RRG Group held menopause lunches three times a year covering topics like menopause and collagen, osteoporosis, and stress and anxiety during menopause.
The company also delivered a ‘Men O Pause’ workshop to its all-male general managers, educating them on perimenopause, menopause, post menopause and andropause.
Additionally, RRG Group designed and implemented a menopause policy suited to the business.
Sarah Cooney (pictured, right), head of people and development at RRG Group, said: “I am incredibly proud that we have achieved the Menopause Friendly Accreditation.
“This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive workplace where every colleague feels valued and empowered at every stage of life.
