Ciphr Payroll wins Software Product of the Year at CIPP Awards

Ciphr Payroll has been named Software Product of the Year at the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP) Annual Excellence Awards 2025. 

The platform was also shortlisted for Software Innovation Product of the Year.

Features of Ciphr Payroll include open API integration for data synchronisation, real-time people and pay data, parallel run testing, automated backpay adjustments, customisable payslips, multiple pay run options, payrolling of benefits in kind, compliance tools, audit reporting and 24/7 customer support.

The judges said Ciphr stood out for a “structured and client-focused implementation approach”, adding that it was “clearly focused on addressing key payroll challenges”.
