Aviva, MetLife and Capital One have made the 2025 UK’s Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance list, published by Great Place To Work UK.
The recognition came in the Large and Super Large category, with the research focused on work-life balance, fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security.
Employee feedback was used to evaluate consistency of experience across departments and seniority.
