Festina Finance expands cloud pension platform into UK Market

Festina Finance has expanded into the UK market and is now up and running, providing its Festina Life and Pension Platform to UK pension scheme administration clients.
The platform is used for defined benefit (DB), defined contribution (DC), collective DC and life insurance schemes.
The platform is a cloud-based system built to make operations easier for pension administrators and insurers.
It uses a modular, pace-layered design which allows clients to add new features as needed rather than changing everything at once.
Clients can create or modify pension schemes, fees and rules through configuration without extra coding or software development, which means less time and money spent on system changes.
The platform is built to help clients get away from relying on old legacy systems.
Dan McLaughlin, UK country head at Festina Finance, said: “From day one, the architecture of the platform has been intentionally designed to be configured for new markets.
“Therefore, entering the UK market was a natural and important step in our evolution as a company, and we do so with partners including Netcompany, an investor in Festina Finance.
