Pepper Money has expanded its broker wellbeing retreat, aiming to support more mortgage brokers across London and Manchester this year.
The events will now run from May and continue into autumn, with attendance expected to more than triple compared to last year.
The retreat is part of Pepper Money’s ‘Be More You’ campaign, focusing on practical self-care, mindfulness, and discussions on the challenges brokers face.
Emma Harris, CEO of Glow London, will deliver a keynote session called #SlowtheF***Down, offering practical methods to tackle burnout and find balance.
Paul Adams, sales director at Pepper Money, will take part in a Q&A with William Lloyd-Hayward, co-founder of the Mortgage Industry Mental Health Charter, about managing mental health in the industry.
Additionally, Jessie Laute, a breathwork coach, will run sessions at the Manchester event on 14 May, providing brokers with accessible techniques to reduce stress and improve focus.
Adams said: “Prioritising the wellbeing of our business partners is more than just talk – it requires real action.
“That’s why last year, we took the step of hosting our first broker Retreat, turning our commitment to wellbeing into a proactive, hands-on initiative that provided valuable support and placed our brokers at the heart of our plans.
