The move brings the two companies together under the ownership of Cambridge Information Group (CIG), and aims to expand their learning solutions to more customers globally.
The acquisition is expected to expand Mindtools and Kineo’s reach, offering a wider range of learning and development (L&D) services to customers in the UK and internationally.
