Louise Minchin (pictured) will host this year’s Inclusive Awards on 27th November at the Hurlingham Club in London.
The Inclusive Awards, organised by Inclusive Companies and supported by BAE Systems, is now in its 11th year.
It recognises organisations across the UK for their commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI).
There are eight award categories, with a Lifetime Achiever Award chosen by the judging panel.
Minchin said: “It will be an honour to host the Inclusive Awards and play my part in celebrating the amazing EDI work being done and showcase its impact.”
Paul Sesay, CEO of Inclusive Companies, said: “In the 11 years since we started the Inclusive Awards it has never felt more important to drive up diversity and drive out discrimination.
“We are living with the threat of some organisations and wider society dialling down on diversity, thanks to unhelpful and discriminatory rhetoric.
“The evening shows, beyond doubt, the supremely positive impact EDI has on people’s lives and careers, quite apart from the indisputable benefit to the business bottom line of a diverse and equitable workforce.”
