Select Lease by Mobilize and SalSac launch zero-cost salary sacrifice scheme

Select Lease by Mobilize has partnered with salary sacrifice software specialist SalSac to launch a zero-cost car leasing scheme aimed at making electric vehicle (EV) adoption more accessible for businesses and their employees.

The scheme allows employees to exchange a portion of their salary for a leased electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle, providing a cost-effective alternative to private leasing.

According to the partners, savings for employees typically range between 28% and 60% compared to a personal lease.

The scheme comes at no cost to employers, with no setup fees, no minimum participation levels and added savings from reduced National Insurance contributions.
